On behalf of our client ( ) we are seeking to staff an experienced Channel Sales Program Manager responsible for driving the creation, implementation and management of Channel Partner Programs (Distributor & Reseller) for a turnkey cloud based remote sensors and IP communications monitoring and data analytics solutions to industry and governments nationally and internationally. 


  • Provide responsive and professional support to Channel Partners and to the RIMOT Sales Team.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners and end-users through proactive communication while offering knowledgeable service.

  • Implement new programs and incentives to grow incremental business.

  • Maintain constant interface with internal departments and RIMOT executive team.

  • Keep up-to-date knowledge on competitor products and services and the application of their relevant company program, in order to ensure RIMOT's offerings remain comparable and / or superior.

  • Key point of contact for pricing, programs and promotions for all Channel Partners and Resellers.



  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent with 5+ year's relevant experience.

  • Previous Channel Sales/Management experience required.

  • Demonstrated success in designing and implementing Channel Partner incentives.

  • Demonstrated success in project management.

  • Strong skill level in data analysis and use of Excel.

  • Previous experience engaging cross-functional teams.

  • Clear understanding of Channel Partner incentive programs and how they drive behaviour and incremental sales.



  • Develop, implement and manage Partner and Reseller incentive programs that will support and grow business objectives and provide a competitive advantage for like/similar products and services in the market.

  • Generate financial models (P&L/ROI) to proactively demonstrate impact of programs, promotions, channel incentives, rebates and warranties on margin and profitability.

  • Responsible for oversight and management of global Channel Partnerships, Reseller Partnerships and end-customer price lists for all RIMOT products.

  • Create internal/external program documents to clearly define program benefits, terms and conditions, rules of engagement, including marketing collaterals and partner communication.

  • Perform competitive competitor analysis on Channel Partner and Reseller incentives to strategically position RIMOT to be equal to, or exceed, competitive programs and offerings.

  • Develop launch plans and timelines necessary to execute incentive programs.

  • Track key performance metrics to business objectives following program(s) completion.

  • Manage Channel Partner and Reseller feedback on programs launched, and effectively implement a roadmap that supports customer’s needs and RIMOT's business objectives.
